Missed Appointments: Notice of Cancellation

Email shc@unb.ca by 8:15 a.m. to cancel a.m. appointments, and by 12 noon to canel p.m. appointments. Otherwise, the following charges will be applied. Payment required in full prior to additional services. (Change effective September 7, 2010)
