Welcome to the Graduate Program

Welcome to the Master of Nursing (MN) website and thank you for your interest in graduate studies. As the Faculty of Nursing celebrates its 50 year anniversary in 2008, the MN program continues to evolve. The Faculty of Nursing introduced a Master’s of Nursing degree in Advanced Practice with a Thesis/Report Stream in 1995. In 1999 the MN program was expanded to include a Nurse Practitioner (NP) Stream. In 2008 the MN program was again expanded to include a course-based Nurse Educator (NE) Stream.

The program is administered by the Graduate Academic Unit of the Faculty of Nursing. For information about the various steams available in the MN program please explore the website.
