ITS Help Desk
The full-time Help Desk staff or part-time students consultants provide assistance to all
persons using UNB information, communication or technical services. The ITS Help Desk will either
provide a solution to the issue, or refer the issue to the other ITS
staff for resolution.
Departmental
Level 1s
Level 1s are the first line of problem management support for faculty and staff.
Departmental Level 1s are the local people University employees turn to within
their own department for assistance with computer-related problems or questions.
If a Level 1 needs help to solve a problem, he will call upon ITS Staff for
assistance.
