Financial Assistance

 

To offset the cost of international travel and the higher cost of living in some exchange countries, UNB Fredericton offers bursaries for students to participate in an international exchange opportunity.

 

Students are eligible to apply for such bursaries upon application into the Program. The value of the bursaries varies. Eligibility requirements:

 

• qualify for financial assistance on the basis of finances required to participate in the exchange;

• are a fulltime student of UNB Fredericton

• are a citizen of Canada or a landed immigrant

• have a minimum GPA of 2.5

• participate in all pre-departure activities organized by the International Relations Office

• agree to participate in UNB Fredericton international events or organizations and help promote the Student Abroad Program.
