Residents are responsible for the upkeep of their own rooms including bed-making, linen changes, dusting, and trash disposal.
Janitorial services for common areas are provided by the University in all residences except Harrison, Jones, Bridges, and Neill House, which have opted to operate their own student janitorial services.
Although reasonable announcements will be attempted, residents are advised that the University reserves the right to conduct all maintenance and repairs in the residence buildings and dining halls without advance notice.
