The University operates one apartment building, Magee House located on the Fredericton Campus. The building can consists of 101 units, 49 one bedroom, 47 two bedroom and 5 three bedroom apartments. Mature students wishing to apply for accommodation in Magee House may obtain application forms from the Residence Office. Lease agreements are available only for 12-month periods.

Magee House is a diverse and welcoming residence community, with a variety of programs and services being available to residents of Magee. While maintaining many essential components of apartment style living, (ie. privacy of contained apartment, full kitchens and bathrooms, shared laundry facilities), Magee also offers elements of residential community living found in more traditional residences in the form of various programs and services, most of which are free of charge.
Community Programming

- French Club (conversational French)
- Movie nights
- Cultural nights and Potluck suppers
- Community Yard Sales and Barbeques
- Magee House Cooperative Playgroup (the playgroup is open to all interested Magee House parents and their children. The Playgroup Attendant designs and delivers fun and educational programs along with the help of the "parent on duty")
Facilities / Services
Magee House has many common facilities and services for its residents, including the following:
- Newly renovated playroom and lounge, equipped with TV/VCR
- Cooperative recycling program
- Newly renovated, fully fenced, outdoor playground area (completed in the Fall of 2000)
- Community vegetable garden
- Computer lab
- Study lounges on each floor (except third floor, which has computer lab instead)
- Coin laundry facilities on each floor
