| < Back to Champions | Nominator's Comments:" Tony has for some years regularly biked and canoed. Tony walks regularly to and from work and during his lunch hour. He eats a very healthy diet. Tony demonstrates what regular exercise can do. Tony has used exercise as a component in weight and blood pressure control. He receives those benefits as well as the many other associated benefits. I've noticed that Tony maintains his healthy life style despite a few accidents and the sometimes inclement New Brunswick weather! " Janice El-Bayoumi |
