A1: No. The University Women's Centre is available for all genders, although it was created as a safe haven for women.

Q2: Who can volunteer at the Women's Centre and is there any necessary training?

A2: Anyone is welcome to volunteer at the Women's Centre as long as the Centre's guiding principles and philosophy are respected. Since the Women's Centre is not a counseling centre there is no necessary training, however volunteers are asked to familiarize themselves with the resources available in order to assist visitors.
