- AIDS-NB provides information, education, counselling and support on AIDS related issues, safer sex information and supplies, and advice on HIV testing. 65 Brunswick Street, Fredericton, 459-7518 or 1-800-561-4009
- The Sexual Health Clinic at the Victoria Health Centre provides friendly and confidential services in areas relating to sexual health, including testing for HIV and other sexually transmitted infections.
- The UNB Safe Spaces Project is a sticker program that identifies spaces on campus as "safe" for GLBTQ students, staff and faculty at UNB. Started by a past Spectrum Executive Director, this is a project run through Student Services at UNB.
- The UNB Women's Centre (main floor of the SUB by the hairdresser) is a safe, inviting space for everyone and is a place to get referrals and resource materials from other agencies. Student Union Building Room 129, 452-6124.
- The UNB Sexuality Centre (top floor of the SUB across from the Ballroom) has information on everything from sexual orientation to healthy relationships and STI's. Staffed entirely by student volunteers, it also houses the Spectrum Library.
- Fredericton Lesbians and Gays (FLAG) is an e-mail news service with events and information of relevance to the local LGBTQ community.
- Integrity Fredericton is a local GLBT-positive Anglican group. All are welcome.
