For over 30 years the UNB/STU Scuba Club has served students
and local area divers. The club is a completely student/volunteer run organization
supported by the Sports Clubs Program under the Faculty of Kinesology.
| We teach the American Canadian Underwater Certification Courses, and offer the Basic Open Water (Beginner Level) Course several times a year. | |
Other courses, eg. rescue, advanced, and night can be organized should the interest level exist to support such courses. Our course fees are priced with the Student's Budget in mind. Our Discovery SCUBA Program allows you to try SCUBA at the Sir Max Aitken Pool in a supervised and instructional environment. Just contact us for details scuba@unb.ca.
Membership has its privileges! Members get great low rates on rentals and air fills. Members have access to pool time at the Sir Max Aitken Pool with use of the club equipment in the pool. Members are encouraged to get involved with club planned dives, so stayed tuned to this website or email us at scuba@unb.ca.
