Well welcome to all new UNB students!

It is currently summer. Not much people are around right now. I am sure 2010 Fall will be a nice semester.

  • Welcome to the Overseas Chinese Students Association, founded in 1964 and the earliest Chinese association in Fredericton. Full membership is open to all UNB and STU students of Chinese ethnicity as well as to all other students on the two campuses who are interested in Chinese culture. Membership is not based on any country of origin and the committee is usually composed of students from several different countries. I welcome all those interested in Chinese culture to join OCSA and enjoy our activities.

  • Our lantern festival party back at February 2010. The party well done and it was a joyful night.

    1.
    Searching for Trainee Committee Members

OCSA is currently looking trainee committee members. The main reason for this is that most of the committee members now are currently seniors and they shall be leaving their pose soon.

The trainees shall be trained to be the next generation of committee members. But do note, by being a trainee committee member, the current committee members cannot guarantee you a pose. You must voted to be one, but of course good trainee committee members shall be recommend on the voting day to be committee members.

To be a trainee, you have to be a member of OCSA during the Fall in 2009. (Note: You do have to pay a membership fee to be a member) The trainee work is not a lot of work, the main aim is only to let you know how we operate.

To inquire for information, send an email to the President (Liu, Siqi) through this email: m8bm5@unb.ca. He shall be more than pleased to explain about this issues.

    2. Feedback and Suggestion for OCSA

If you any feedback, suggestion or complain (even on the errors on the website) about OCSA, please do not hesitate to send an email to the President himself at the following email address: m8bm5@unb.ca.
