Benefits of membership: The UNB Rock & Ice Climbing Club has one of the lowest membership fees of any gym offering year-long validity. The climbing facility is feature-packed, and fully equipped for training and recreation. New features are continually being added or improved to provide new challenges. Membership also provides access to club gear such as helmets, harnesses, and crampons to assist in outdoor climbing pursuits. The membership is so cheap that if you take advantage of reduced member rates for rock school, safety courses, ice school, and other club activities, the membership is nearly free!
Cost: Membership costs only $50 per year, and may be purchased at the climbing wall during open hours. Membership is valid from time of purchase until the end of August. In renewing membership, a new waiver must also be signed every year.
Waiver: All climbers must sign a waiver before engaging in any club activity. The waiver is available as a download that you can print, fill out and bring to the climbing wall. Please ensure the form is filled out completely, clearly and correctly. If you have any questions, contact us. Waivers may also be acquired at the climbing wall.

Note: Anyone under the age of 18 must have their legal guardian's signature on the waiver form. "Permission slips", written notes of approval, etc. are NOT acceptable substitutes! Please read the waiver carefully. Rock climbing can be a dangerous sport, and you must assume all risks!
