Located in Welsford, New Brunswick, on Canadian Forces Base (CFB) Gagetown property, it is essential that everyone comply with land use agreements between the Base and the UNB Rock and Ice Climbing Club to ensure continued access to what is hailed as the best sport and traditional climbing in New Brunswick.

The UNB Rock and Ice club will be hosting a friendly bouldering competition for all skill levels Saturday, July 10 12-3pm. There will be a suggested entrance fee of a $5 donation to the Fredericton food bank and great prizes to be won!
As a result of the competition, the wall will be closed Thursday, July 8th and Friday, July 9th for route setting.
This weekend, UNB Rock & Ice's own Holly Reid is competing for Canada's women's team at the Teva Mountain Games Bouldering World Cup in Vail, Colorado. Congratulations and good luck Holly! Now go SEND!
Over the May long weekend, UNB Rock & Ice members Peter Adamson, Holly Reid, and John Bowles competed in the 2010 Tour de Bloc national finals. Holly and John both placed in the top 10 at the national level! A huge congratulations from the whole club.
