A Baja vehicle is a single seat off-road racing car able to conquer all types of terrain.
Each year a new car is built to improve on the shortcomings of the previous years’ design.
At the competition they are then judged on their overall design, cost, and performance.
A typical Baja vehicle weighs around 500lbs and can reach speeds of up to 60km/h

All competing teams are supplied with an identical 10hp Briggs and Stratton engine,
and must independently design and construct the rest of the vehicle.
This year's team is up to the challenge and ready to compete against the best universities
and colleges in North America.
