The core of the conference involves three separate plenary sessions:
The Inaugural Nels Anderson Lecture. The Department of Sociology at UNB is using this occasion to begin an annual lecture series in honour of Nels Anderson. The inaugural lecture will be given by Gary Alan Fine.
Nels Anderson and the Chicago School: A plenary session devoted to a discussion of the nature and impact of Chicago School Sociology.
Founder’s Plenary: A time for memories, shared culture and to celebrate 25 years of the Qualitative Analysis Conference. Early organizers will contribute their memories and help us build our own.
